Extremely IMPRESSED and very happy I had chose Beth as my realtor! She is very knowledgeable and her expertise on showing homes is bar none when it comes to pointing out details on things she likes/dislikes about homes. She also was very personable and took the time to find out what I really was looking for. She knew what to look for when it came to structural integrity of homes. I purchased a foreclosure that like all foreclosures had hoops to jump through. She assisted and was very prompt on getting things done or approved through the listing agent. I might have walked out on a great deal had she not persisted in making sure I got what I wanted. I will recommend her to all my friends and family!
